HINGED CASING SPIDERS

BVM Hinged Casing Spiders and bushings are well suited to use where casing needs to be run through a rotary table or where no rotary table is in place. They can sit on the rig floor or be supported by cribbing. With our range of sizes they can be used with most sizes of casing. The main Spider assemblies are all 3″ per foot tapers to use UC-3 or other 3″ taper slips. The reducer bushings are available in either 3" or 4" taper. We build our Hinged Casing Spiders in either 200 ton or 250 ton ratings. They are all built from high quality alloy steel, heat treated, and magnetic particle inspected.
